We almost made it through baseball season without any real accidents. Last year we got the glass knocked out of the back door, this year Garrett took one in the shoulder! Luckily he was ok but it was enough to scare the crud out of us.
We made our annual trip with my family to Island Park. They are supposed to be feeding the fish but Garrett and Grandma O. liked the birds better.
Ahhh. My mom and sister.
The three park rangers, too cute.
When we got back from Island Park I did my first sprint triathlon!!! Swim 750 yds, bike 12 miles, run 5k and I FINISHED!
Yep that's the finish line, just in case you didn't believe me ;)
I even smiled afterwards!
We've spent a little time at the river, this kid is hard to keep clothes on. He is also a wild man near water, no fear.
Everyday Garrett does something that just baffles me. The kids gets into stuff Sawyer never even dreamed about touching. Apparently he wanted cereal?
Same day, supposed to be napping but I must have left the diaper pack on the changing table where he could reach them!
Sawyer loves to work. He helped me put mulch in our flower bed and I had to tell him to stop before he over heated. There was sweat dripping off of him.
My boys enjoying a cold smore. No campfires still.
The sunset was awesome and I managed to get everyone rounded up for 10 seconds.
Molly had the most fun. She was like a puppy playing in the water and she payed the price. It took a couple of days for her to come around and really move around. It's hard to watch her get old but so fun to watch her play around.
Of course we had toys, lesson learned. ALWAYS bring toys camping.
This is my sunflower garden, the one behind me is HUGE. So hoping they get flowers before the frost comes.
This is a look down our street. It has been so smoky but yesterday was by far the worst. It's cleared out today but my car still smells like campfire.
I'm sure there is a lot more that we have done and I didn't get pictures of. I actually lost my camera for about 3 hrs at the park but thanks to facebook it was found very quickly. Sawyer starts school after Labor Day and he is way excited. I'll keep you posted when my etsy shop is in full swing!!
