Check it out!

First things first, go check out our family photos at http://www.patchworkphotography.com/?p=2380 and leave a comment on the blog post!!! If we get a 15 comments we get a free print! We had so much fun getting these done.

Now on our happenings. This month is crazy and it's only just beginning. We went on Memorial Day weekend to see Thomas the Train!! We rented a van so we could all ride together, the kids thought this was pretty cool.

Mary cracks me up! She has to be the worlds worst picture taker. The sun was driving her crazy and it wasn't even really sunny. She looks like she is saluting me in all the pictures.
The highlight of the day and rest of the next week for Sawyer, temporary tattoos!
The big picture with Sir Toppham Hat.
With very good reason Sawyer was terrified of this thing.

Here we are before getting on Thomas!! Sawyer was very excited!

Garrett was pretty much just along for the ride all day, he was a bit overwhelmed by all the people and things to look at.
The kids got free whistles for dancing with the crazy music guy. Sawyer was pretty funny dancing, he was so in to it! They were driving everyone nuts with the whistles but it was a pretty short train ride.
After a very disappointing 3 mph train ride I was not about to stand in line to get our picture with Thomas. Lucky for me the kids were happy with not standing in line too.
Instead we stood in line for 45 minutes to ride this little car. Talk about fun!! This was the best part of the day, this little thing zipped down the track and the kids got to honk the horn!
The kids thought Thomas was pretty cool, personally I really thought it would have been bigger and actually a real train!
It has been a cold wet spring, which means the garden is slow growing. Most everything is planted but it is looking pretty sad. The boys have been enjoying helping me.
Garrett has found his favorite outside toy. Funny how different kids are, Sawyer struggled to get in and out of this thing for a really long time. Garrett gets in and out with only minor problems.......
Occasionally he slides down the seat and gets stuck :) Luckily he thinks this is funny for the first few seconds until I can rescue him.
Ahh this is what happens when you are 3 and you realize your temporary Thomas tattoo is gone off your hand. It was actually days worth of crying over the stupid tattoo. I was starting to wonder if I would get turned into the authorities if I got him a real tattoo to stop the crying :)
The last couple of weeks have been full of day camp and swim lessons for Sawyer. He learned how to play duck duck goose at camp and conquered his fear of new swim teachers (after a major pool meltdown). Garrett has started walking!! He can go about five or six steps before he falls, he is seriously like a drunken sailor. He is so excited to be walking, he just squeals when he walks. Garrett has also been screaming a lot lately, it is the most ear piercing sound. He screams when he is happy, he screams when he is mad and sometimes he just screams for no apparent reason. I'm really hoping he grows out of this VERY quickly. I got to go on a girls shopping weekend trip to Salt Lake!! It was so much fun and so exhausting. Kyle did great with the boys and I'm pretty sure they didn't even miss me. Then this past weekend I took the boys to Grandma O's to see cousin Mary and have a yard sale. This was tons of fun and also exhausting. It's good to be home, although it doesn't seem like we will be slowing down for another couple months!!!!
