On the move!!

Our little man is crawling!!  Garrett decided he was tired of just laying around watching all the fun!  Now he can make it across the rug in the living room pretty quickly.  He still does a combination of steamrolling and crawling and he is very quick.  We have been fighting teething for a while now and still no teeth!!  He has been getting a fever off and on and he can be very crabby.  You would think after the first one you would remember how fast they grow up?  It seems like Garrett went from sitting on his own to being about to crawl in no time!  He is still pretty giggly and now he loves to give slobbery fish kisses to his daddy (such a daddy's boy).
Sawyer is hanging in there, he is starting to get cabin fever pretty bad the last week or so.  We had a stretch of pretty nice weather and he was really enjoying being outside.  Now it's cold again (-14 this morning) and we are stuck inside again.  He loves making Garrett giggle at dinnertime and he plays with him on the floor every chance he can.  Sawyer is so independent now!  He has been loving basketball games, all he can talk about is whether the players armpits are out or not.  He likes to wear his uniform with his armpits out.  Kyle started playing in a league up at the college and we went to watch the other night.  Sawyer was so proud of his daddy playing!   He ran out to give him five at half time and he has been talking about it ever since!!
We had a crazy month in February!  We ended January with Sawyer getting pretty darn sick.  Turns out he had an ear infection and some other really nasty bug.  Poor kid gets such high fevers, so scary!  On the weekends we've been having fun going x-country skiing.  It's exhausting pulling the sleds but so nice to be able to get outside with the boys!  We had a visit from Grandma and Grandpa T in the middle of the month.  Sawyer was so excited to have them here, he pretty much kicked me and Kyle out of the house!  We went swimming at Fairmont Hotsprings and then just hung around the house for the weekend.  Then after Grandma and Grandpa T. left, my sister and niece and Grandma O. came to visit for the week.  Kyle was gone at training so we decided to have a girls week, plus I didn't want to be alone for the whole week!  We had so much fun!  We played a lot of Just Dance on the Wii!  Mary and Sawyer enjoyed each other so much, Sawyer keeps talking about how much he misses her.  We've spent the last week recovering from the company.  I'm turning 30 on Monday and I'm pretty sure I'm in the middle of a third of life crisis.  I'm really trying to accept 30 as a good thing but as dumb as it sounds I never really thought I would be old.  I guess there is nothing I can do but enjoy it!!  I have a feeling these boys are going to keep me pretty busy in my 30's!
I've been a terrible picture taker lately so here are a few from the last month!

Here is my poor baby when he was sick!  I forget sometimes he is just a little boy.
Molly is loving the fact that Garrett is eating puffs now!  She will not leave his side when he is eating :)
During our tease of warmer weather I was enjoying going for walks again!  So nice to be outside.
My little pirate.
Garrett likes the trucks better than the baby toys.  Luckily he has an older brother who is willing to share a truck every once in a while!
Finger painting 101.
Sawyer doesn't like to get his hands dirty when we finger paint, hum not really finger painting then?  The trucks make great paint brushes!
Garrett getting himself stuck for the first time!  Sawyer would have cried but Garrett just laughed.
Sawyer and I made these lovely Cheerio necklaces.  He was so proud of himself!  Molly got a hold of them when we took them off for the night, needless to say all that was left was a few pieces of red yarn.
Grandma T. with the boys, Sawyer looks mad!  I really forgot to take many pictures when they were out here so this is the best I could come up with!
Mary and Sawyer dancing to Cotton Eyed Joe.  Sawyer loves that song!
This is what Molly thought of girls week.  Sawyer and Mary were being wild and I'm pretty sure she had had enough.
That's all for now, next time I write I will be 30 and hopefully much better at updating the blog???
